Our own design and specification, Monocouche Mendrend is a patented, maintenance free, acrylic top coat and crack repair system. No other manufacturer of Monocouche coloured cement manufacture this product or service .

With over thirty years experience in the development, manufacture and application of Monocouche renders, we are aware that unforeseen circumstances, or adverse weather conditions can sometimes mean the quality of finish of applied Monocouche render is not achieved.

We have developed Monocouche Mendrend Repair System to provide an easy solution to some of the more common issues that can arise during render application, such as ingress of sand after sand storm or localised area where cracks have occurred due to settlement or drying out shrinkage.

Monocouche through-coloured renders, traditionally are difficult to repair, as trying to patch small areas of damaged render can mean the newly applied patch drys a different colour, or hacking off entire elevations of applied render can cause excessive damage to the substrate not to mention excessive costs in additional labour and materials.

• Monocouche Mendrend Render Repair System is fully compatible for use with all cementitious facade substrates.

• Monocouche Mendrend Render Repair System is an aqueous dispersion of acrylic polymers, iron oxide pigments, finely graded aggregates and controlling chemicals, which eliminate colour variations through differing drying criteria. It is formulated to be absorbed into cement renders.
• Monocouche Mendrend Render Repair System is supplied pre colour-matched to the colours in our range of Monocouche renders, in two parts.

1. Monocouche Mendrend - Render Repair Fissure Infill

Fissure infill is manufactured in a standard range of colours pre-matched to the colours in our range of Monocouche Renders, and has a rheology that enables the infill of minor defects, it retains elasticity permitting further minor movement without loss of adhesion.

It is supplied in flexible 125cc containers, which incorporate a spout that may be adjusted to provide differing thickness of discharge of material.
    
2.   Monocouche Mendrend - Render Repair top coat.

• Monocouche Mendrend Render Repair top cost may be used to cover areas of discolouration caused by lime bloom or site contamination, for example, ingress from sand after sand storm..... It is also used on conjunction with Monocouche Mendrend fissure infill, to blend in areas of repair.
